輕度局部熱療與冷凍治療的随機比較評估

近日,由中國醫科大學(xué)附屬第一醫院齊瑞群,陳洪铎,李珊珊,高興華等多位教授根據臨床試驗撰寫的英文文獻:“ Clearance of multiple cutaneous warts by targeting a single lesion: a randomized comparative evaluation of mild local hyperthermia versus cryotherapy”(通過(guò)單一病竈清除多發(fā)性皮膚疣:輕度局部熱療與冷凍治療的随機比較評估)已在皮膚領(lǐng)域臨床研究最高影響力期刊-美國皮膚病學(xué)會(huì)雜志《JOURNAL OF THE AMERICAN ACADEMY OF DERMATOLOGY》發(fā)布。

該文在介紹局部溫熱治療可誘導免疫反應會(huì)啓動(dòng)對含有相同人乳頭瘤病毒類(lèi)型的其他非靶向或遠程病變的疣體免疫清除的基礎上,以兩個(gè)中心、時(shí)長(cháng)4個(gè)月、評估盲法随機對照試驗;借助研究成果轉化設備-紅外特定波光能溫熱治療儀,通過(guò)對多發(fā)性皮膚疣患者靶點應用局部溫熱療法或冷凍療法來(lái)評估整體清除療效爲論點;再一次驗證了局部溫熱可使機體建立針對病原的免疫識别,從而達到清除疣體的療效。

更以詳細的數據排列,對比分析了局部溫熱與冷凍療法治療尋常疣、跖疣、尖銳濕疣的臨床效果,通過(guò)對照兩種治療方式(局部溫熱&冷凍療法)的非靶向病竈和靶點病竈的清除率及其他治療副作用,總結了局部溫熱療法可單靶點治療人乳頭瘤病毒感染性皮膚疣的效果優勢與治愈率優勢,并通過(guò)了試驗中心協作爲溫熱免疫誘導療法的進(jìn)一步大範圍應用提供了全面的專(zhuān)業(yè)學(xué)術支撐
